These terms apply when you download, try or buy Nudge or Recess (the “Apps”) from this website. The Apps and this website are provided by T3C TECHNOLOGIES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”).
Nudge and Recess are macOS menu-bar applications. Nudge shows on-screen notifications when supported coding tools (such as Claude Code and Codex) finish a task, with optional phone notifications. Recess shows short break-time mini games. The Apps are independent products and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI or Apple.
Prices are shown on the website (currently US$2 per App and US$3 for both, or ₹150 per App and ₹200 for both when paying in Indian rupees) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card details.

Nudge can add hook entries to the configuration files of Claude Code and Codex on your Mac when you ask it to, and keeps a backup of the file it changes. The Apps run on your Mac; see our Privacy Policy.
The Apps are provided “as is”. We work to keep them reliable, but we don't guarantee they will be error-free or suit every setup. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App.
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction.
