Refunds
If an App doesn't work on your Mac, or you bought by mistake, email hello@t3c.ai within 14 days of purchase with your payment ID (starts with pay_) and the email you used at checkout.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 business days of approval (your bank may take longer to show it).
Once a refund is issued, the licence key for that purchase is no longer valid.
After 14 days, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
Cancellation
Licences are one-time purchases, so there is no subscription to cancel. If a payment fails or you close the checkout before paying, you are not charged. If money is debited but you don't receive a licence key, email us with the payment ID and we'll send your key or a full refund.
Duplicate payments
If you are charged twice for the same purchase, the duplicate is refunded in full.
