This policy explains what T3C TECHNOLOGIES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED collects through this website and the Nudge and Recess Apps.
What we collect
When you buy: your email address (to issue and recover your licence) and the Razorpay order and payment IDs. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay, not us.
When you download: your email address, only if you choose to give it, so we can tell you about updates.
Server logs: standard web-server logs (IP address, time, page requested) kept for security and troubleshooting.
What the Apps do on your Mac
The Apps run locally. They don't use analytics or tracking, and they don't send your code or files anywhere.
Nudge reads the event data that Claude Code or Codex passes to it (such as the project folder name and the last message) only to decide what to show. That stays on your Mac.
If you turn on phone notifications, Nudge sends the notification text to ntfy.sh on a private topic you set up. Leave it off if you don't want that.
Licence keys are checked offline on your Mac.
How we use it
To deliver and recover licences, provide support, process refunds, and (if you opted in at download) send occasional product updates. We don't sell your data.
Sharing
We share data only with Razorpay to process payments, with our hosting provider to run this website, or when required by law.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete your data, or to stop update emails, write to hello@t3c.ai. We keep purchase records as long as needed for licences, accounting and legal obligations.
